Heather Frier, of Cake Noir, who showcased her Elderflower & champagne cake at The Woodhouse Wine Estates during the tour, will there with delicious samples of another mouth-watering cake featuring Lavender Lemon Zest Chiffon Cake, misted with Champagne Syrup, filled with one layer of Elderflower Curd and one layer of Elderflower Mousse, topped with Vanilla Buttercream.
