Weddings in Woodinville 2013 theme for JM Cellars, Amor Alegre-Joyous Love, Recap
Friday, February 22, 2013 at 8:01AM The intimate gathering places and beautiful natural surroundings of JM Cellars, inspired the team at JM Cellars, under the direction of wedding planner, Melody Davis of MG Davis Events, to create the following wedding theme of Amor Alegre or Joyous Love. Reminiscent of historic Spanish settlements of California, the inspiration was found in the importance of family and community and the rich traditions passed down through the generations. A mixture of browns, ambers, saffron and sapphire blue colors were used throughout the ceremony and reception areas. Textiles, as well as old world glass and pottery artfully displayed the use of culinary herbs, vines, and olive branches. A grand communal table under a custom designed gilted chandelier by Vintage Ambiance, offered elegance amid the intimacy of roving Spanish guitarist, Harold Belskus.
