Late Night Thursdays at Woodhouse Wine Estates

Woodhouse Wine EstatesThe weather is starting to warm up and the days are getting longer, which means our venue partners at Woodhouse Wine Estates have started up their Late Night Thursdays again.  Starting May 1st at 4-8pm, WWE will have glass pour specials, bottle specials, small plates available for purchase, and special tastings.

Their May schedule looks amazing! Check it out:

May 1: First Late Night of the Season! Come in between 4-8 for specials on new Spring wines. Picnic Blend, Grenache Rosé and Viognier will be our featured glass pours at $5 each or get a bottle to enjoy on the patio for 10% off. Cheese & charcuterie plates will be available.
 

May 8: Celebrating Cinco de Mayo (the second round)! Specials will be Kennedy Shah Tempranillo and Kennedy Shah Reserve Tempranillo. Both will be available by the glass or bottle. Tapas plates to go with the wines will be available.
 

May 15: Bring Mom out to Woodhouse for Late Night! Specials will be Reserve Malbec, Grenache Rosé and Reserve Riesling. If you would rather do a tasting, they will have 2 for 1 tasting fees or you can purchase a bottle and relax for a while.
 

May 22: Michael Good will be at Woodhouse playing acoustic guitar. Come out and show him some love. Wine specials this week will be Maghee Merlot, Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and Reserve Petit Verdot. Come and try some rarely opened and amazing wines!

May 29: Memorial Day Late Night. WWE will have specials on older vintages of some of your favorites. These are limited inventory and wines that haven’t been out in a while. Don’t miss out! Stop in between 4-8pm to see what’s available.

It's the final year for Woodinville Wine County’s Passport event and they are throwing the ultimate party!

Passport weekend, May 3-4, 2014, offers you an all-access pass to over 40 wineries throughout Woodinville, and is a great opportunity to experience the quality and breadth of our state's vintners. To assist in your exploration, there'll be some amazing food opportunities throughout Woodinville, a free t-shirt & logo wine glass, free wine valet service and the new Emerald City Trolley service between Hollywood and Warehouse Wine Districts.

Join JM Cellars winemaker John Bigelow, April 30, 2014 for a Wine Blending event that offers both educational and entertaining experiences and leaves you with your one-of-a-kind bottle of wine created by you!

Taste several varietals as you learn background information on blending wines. Then dig in and experiment with different combination to create your own special blend of wine. Once you've formulated your blend, you will bottle, cork, label and wax your creation.

Celebrate 30 Years at Chateau Ste. Michelle’s 2014 Summer Concert Series

This year Chateau Ste. Michelle celebrates 30-years of live performances in their picturesque outdoor amphitheater in Woodinville. Their 2014 Summer Concert Series once again offers an amazing line-up of 21 concerts featuring renowned musicians spanning all musical genres from pop to blues.

Concerts run June 13th through September 14th and headline Allen Stone, Sarah McLachlan, Merle Haggard, Emmylou Harris, and Rodney Crowell, John Legend, Steve Winwood, Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band, Lyle Lovett & His Large Band, Goo Goo Dolls & Daughtry with special guest Plain White T's, Chris Isaak, Nickel Creek, ZZ Top and Jeff Beck, Gipsy King's, Earth, Wind & Fire, Peter Frampton's Guitar Circus Featuring Buddy Guy, Boston, An Evening with Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Festival of Jazz with Manhattan Transfer, Spyro Gyra, Lee Ritenour & Dave Grusin, and Jessy J and Replay America with The Go-Go's, Patty Smyth and Scandal, Martha Davis and The Motels, Cutting Crew & Naked Eyes featuring Pete Byrne.

Parking will return this year at Columbia Winery with valet parking by Butler Valet, offering you the closest off-site parking to the concerts that also includes a complimentary wine tasting voucher.

Woodinville Wine Country's new progressive dinner series-Cellars & Skillets

Cellars and SkilletsWe are so exited for this new event coming to Woodinville! Introducing Woodinville Wine Country's newest progressive dinner, Cellars and Skillets. This series in May includes four distinct Woodinville venues, Columbia Winery,  JM Cellars, EFESTE and The Hollywood Tavern. Northwest celebrity chefs Bobby Moore of Barking Frog, Josh Henderson of The Skillet & Hollywood Tavern and Russell Lowell of Russell's will be featured and Woodinville wines will be poured. Butler Seattle will provide first class transportation between wineries.
