Head Chef Brian Scheehser will showcase Trellis' premier tastes with an offering of delectable farm-fresh hors d' oeuvres, specifically created to compliment premium wines from DeLille Cellars. The classy, 21-and-over affair will also feature a chic social atmosphere, complete with musical stylings by Tanner Long and artwork by Fred Lisaius.

Identified as one of the nation's "Top 10 Farm to Table Restaurants," Trellis offers a diverse menu consisting of dishes made from the freshest locally-harvested ingredients. The Heathman Hotel's renowned dining venue also offers an extensive wine selection, along with a stylish decor that makes it a perfect venue for an affair such as Vintimate.

Additionally, Novelty Hill and Januik will donate $2 from the sale of every bottle of this wine to Salmon Safe, an independent certification program recognizing farming and vineyard practices that protect water quality and habitat for fish and wildlife.   All the grapes used in this wine are from Stillwater Creek, the Columbia Valley’s first “Salmon Safe” certified vineyard.

In honor of Cinco Di Mayo, Columbia Winery is hosting a Taco Tuesday not to missed!  Enjoy house made steak carnitas street tacos on corn tortillas paired with a selection of their red and white wines.  Enjoy discounts on their Wine Spectator rated 91 point 2012 Malbec for the ultimate steak and wine pairing.
