Head Chef Brian Scheehser will showcase Trellis' premier tastes with an offering of delectable farm-fresh hors d' oeuvres, specifically created to compliment premium wines from DeLille Cellars. The classy, 21-and-over affair will also feature a chic social atmosphere, complete with musical stylings by Tanner Long and artwork by Fred Lisaius.
Identified as one of the nation's "Top 10 Farm to Table Restaurants," Trellis offers a diverse menu consisting of dishes made from the freshest locally-harvested ingredients. The Heathman Hotel's renowned dining venue also offers an extensive wine selection, along with a stylish decor that makes it a perfect venue for an affair such as Vintimate.
