In addition to Trellis being named one of America's "Top 10 Farm to Table Restaurants", their menu is crafted around freshly harvested ingredients from Executive Chef Brian Scheehser's 18-acres of Woodinville farmland as well as hand-raised livestock and freshly-caught seafood right off the boat. Blending modern cooking steps and flavor profiles, his straightforward preparations allow the ingredients to shine and pair perfectly with the house crafted speciality cocktails.
