Join The Woodhouse Wine Estates for their next cooking class, "Open Sesame!" In this unique cooking class we will be sharing FIVE original vegan recipes that will highlight the bounty and flavor of dishes from the Middle East.
Look forward to learning how to make ultra creamy homemade hummus, perfect crispy falafel from scratch, the spice blend and cooking technique to make our original mushroom shawarma, hot chickpea flat bread, and a gorgeous pickled rainbow salad that will make everyone swoon.
Cooking in Woodhouse's beautiful kitchen space, we will share our handcrafted recipe cards, answer any healthy cooking questions you may have, and dish out samples of each dish for all participants.
Class is demonstration based and included with every ticket is a glass of Woodhouse's wine, which they will be sharing to complement our menu perfectly. If you'd like to linger after class to do one of their tastings, there will be time to do so. As always, our classes are vegan, organic, and naturally gluten and soy free.
