Russell Lowell
Russell Lowell is the executive chef and owner of Russell Dean Lowell Premier Catering and two distinguished venues in the greater Seattle area: the Garden Café at Molbak’s in Woodinville and Russell’s—a rustic-elegant restaurant and full bar located in Bothell.
Russell began cooking with a master French chef at the age of 15. He traveled and worked in numerous high end restaurants before becoming the executive chef at Daniel’s Broiler on Lake Union for six years. In 1994 he opened Lowell-Hunt Catering. 12 years later, Russell Dean Lowell Premier Catering has grown into one of Seattle’s most notable and celebrated companies. Russell’s engaging personality, support of community and charity, and his drive to make every experience exceptional makes him one of the most sought after chefs. Russell dean Lowell Catering and Russell's Restaurant has one of the most unique private event spaces available – a refurbished 1927 barn, located less than 30 minutes from downtown Seattle and only 20 minutes from Redmond or Bellevue.
Upstairs in “Russell’s Loft", there is more than 4000 square feet of private space used for weddings, receptions, corporate events, or any special event you might imagine. With beautiful cathedral ceilings, clear grain cedar wallboards, the refinished original fir floor and the original beam structures, our clients can host up to 300 guests. The loft can be transformed for a beautiful formal affair or 'dressed down' for something more casual. This beautiful event space is an exclusive venue for Russell dean Lowell Catering, where you will experience Pacific Northwest dining prepared for you, as only Russell can.
Russell’s dedicated team is committed to making sure every event has the highest level of cuisine, professional service and proper event management.
