Today is the 6th Annual Weddings in Woodinville tour! Ticket Holders: Here are a few helpful tips for making the most of your day.
Please note the tour is SOLD OUT and we are at maximum capacity so no additional tickets will be available to purchase today.
REGISTRATION at the WELCOME TENT
Registration is the official start and end point of the tour. The Welcome Tent, in the parking lot of The Woodhouse Wine Estates (15500 Woodinville Redmond Rd), provides everything you need to start this fun and exciting day. Registration will be open from 11:30am-1:00pm. There is ample free parking and Butler Valet attendants will be on hand to direct traffic.
Upon arrival at the Welcome Tent brides and grooms may collect their corsages and boutonnieres from Vintage Lilli and visit with the first round of vendors featured on the tour. Treat yourself to a complimentary coffee and breakfast crepe before taking your first selfie of the day in front of Sunny Umbrella’s chalkboard.
Be prepared to provide the last name of the person who purchased your tickets when you reach the registration table. A wristband will be provided to identify you as a guest of Weddings in Woodinville; every attendee must show valid ID to receive a wristband. Wristbands are required to participate in the complimentary wine & beverage tasting offered at each location. Bartenders may ask for ID at any time so please keep it handy during the tour. Underage guests will be issued a different color wristband.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will loop continuously in a pre-determined order, allowing you to visit all seven venues for as long as you like. Please make sure you board the same vehicle as the rest of your group! Vehicles departing from registration will head to different locations for the first stop.
The tour ends promptly at 5:00 so we recommend dedicating around 30 minutes per location. To exit the tour and return to your vehicle at any time please notify the next driver and they will return you to registration. Vehicles will not deviate from the route to make special stops other than returning to registration by request. General parking is unavailable at most venues and utilizing tour transportation is mandatory. Small children and babies are not recommended for this event; tour vehicles are not properly equipped for children as per the Washington State Child Restraint Law.
