Espresso Elegance just rolled out their new Autumn Menu, which features the popular Pumpkin Spice Latte and other fun seasonal drinks like Hazelnut Hot Chocolate.

Espresso catering is a great way to warm guests up from the comfort of your own venue! Whether it be for the wedding party and family members while getting ready, during cocktail hour for hand-crafted lattes and mochas, or along-side dessert to help perk up guests for dancing, espresso is a great way to liven up any party!

Hop on over to Novelty Hill Januik this week for wines sure to please every bunny at your Easter feast.  The 2013 Januik Bacchus Vineyard Riesling ($20) offers just the right amount of bright acidity to off-set the salty goodness of an Apricot-Glazed Ham. For red wine lovers, the 2011 Novelty Hill Stillwater Creek Vineyard Merlot ($28) is a fruit-forward choice that can handle the ham's sweetness.

Lamb kabobs on the grill make dinner prep a snap, and the 2012 Januik Weinbau Vineyard Malbec ($35) or 2012 Novelty Hill Stillwater Creek Vineyard Grenache ($28) both offer balanced tannins and delicious, ripe fruit flavors to complement the dish.

And for dessert? A carrot cupcake, of course.  Pair with the 2013 Januik Champoux Vineyard Muscat Canelli.

Make love to your food with Barking Frog Chef Bobby Moore, Wine Director Tony Berkau and Pastry Chef Matt Kelley on February 11th at the free “Cooking for Your Sweetheart” class. Happening in the Fireside from 5:30-7:30 PM, this culinary event will showcase foods that are fun to create and enjoy as a couple.  Chef Moore will demo how to create beet pasta dough and prepare red beet agnolottis filled with herbed goat cheese and mascarpone and served with a brown butter balsamic sauce with toasted hazelnuts.  Join Pastry Chef Matt Kelley in creating a chocolate parfait – dark chocolate mousse, port macerated raspberries, and white chocolate ganache. 

Indulge in a romantic getaway with the Do Not Disturb Package, which features our decadent In-Tub Dining experience.  While couples enjoy an amazing dinner at Barking Frog, the hotel staff draws you a bubble bath with floating rose petals. Share a romantic evening with desserts and chocolate dipped strawberries and chilled champagne for two. This package includes luxurious accommodations with romantic lighting and a soothing CD and $100 dining credit at the Barking Frog.

Right after they empty our bourbon and rye whiskey barrels they refill them with pure, grade-A, dark amber maple syrup that is harvested from the eastern United States.
